This staffing program is exclusively aligned with CommonSpirit Health's facilities which provides a consistent experience across job sites. Your training at one site translates to another, streamlining your patient care focus. Working for CommonSpirit Health enables you to capitalize on our educational offerings across our entire ministry to advance your career and professional development.  

At CommonSpirit Health, we have four different options that can be tailored to your lifestyle. From working at one location in one community to traveling to 23 other states within the US, we're confident that we have the perfect on-demand employment option just for you. 

Program Intent:

We recognize the evolving nature of nursing roles and the growing desire for versatility, schedule flexibility, and a change in your work environment. As a result, thought-out CommonSpirit Health footprint, we have created the following roles to meet your desired level of flexibility and versatility:

Hospital Float Pool RN:

If you want to share your seasoned skills and expert knowledge with other healthcare professionals within a hospital, this option is for you. Join the On-Demand Staffing Program as an Internal Float Pool RN and work at one facility and in different departments where your skills are most needed.

Market Float Pool RN:

This option is for you if you want to take your seasoned skills and expert knowledge on the road but want to have your home be home-based. Join the On-Demand Staffing Program as a Market Float Pool RN and travel to different locations within a designated geographic area.

Region Travel RN:

If you are looking to stretch your legs a little and explore new locations in new cities and towns but still remain within driving distance to home this option is for you. Join the On-Demand Staffing Program as a Division Travel RN and travel among different cities and towns. 

National Travel RN:

Get ready to pack your bags if you are looking for an opportunity to share your seasoned skills and expert knowledge with co-workers in locations across 23 states in the US. The National Travel RN works in 6 - 13 week assignment blocks. For those who love to explore or for those who want to spend some extended time with family but not completely move back, a national travel position might be right for you. Come explore our nation as a National Travel RN in our On-Demand Staffing Program.
