As a Physical Therapist, you will:

Provide comprehensive therapy servicesthrough the development, implementation, and coordination of individualized treatment programs. 

Screen, assess, and provide therapeutic interventions for individuals with disabilities that impact their ability to perform daily life activities.

Use clinical expertise and independent decision-making within the scope of practice to ensure safe and effective patient care.

Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, physicians, and other departments.

As an Occupational Therapist, you will:

Deliver quality therapy services through comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans and goals to help patients achieve optimal functional outcomes in inpatient and outpatient settings.

Carry out therapy programs, monitor progress, and adjust interventions to ensure effective, patient-centered care.

Establish relevant goals based on each patient’s needs and prior level of function, incorporating patient and family participation in goal setting.

Utilize current, evidence-based therapeutic methodologies and maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.

As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will:

Provide comprehensive speech-language services to patients with neurological, swallowing, speech-language, cognitive, pragmatic, and voice disorders through an interdisciplinary approach.

Promote optimal health and recovery by utilizing the rehabilitation process to help patients achieve and maintain their highest level of function and well-being, reflecting the organization’s mission and core values.

Perform thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, implement interventions, reassess progress, and participate in discharge planning to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Maintain compliance with all professional regulations and demonstrate integrity and excellence in every aspect of clinical practice.
