CHI St. Anthony Hospital (Pendleton, OR)
CHI Mercy Health (Roseburg, OR)
The Pacific Northwest National Nurse Residency Program supports new graduate RNs at our Washington and Oregon hospitals, providing a structured, supportive transition from student to practicing nurse. Through hands-on orientation, monthly transition classes, skills labs, and in-person and virtual learning, you’ll build confidence, clinical skills, and critical thinking.
With guidance from dedicated preceptors, educators, and mentors, your experience is tailored to your goals, strengthening leadership, resilience, and specialty knowledge. Our year long NNRP program allows you to make a meaningful impact on patient care while accelerating your career in an organization deeply invested in its nurses.
At the heart of everything we do is a patient and family centered approach, which serves as the foundation for care that is safe, effective, efficient, timely, and equitable.
For more than a century, CHI Mercy Health and CHI St. Anthony have served communities across Oregon. CHI Mercy Health in Roseburg has grown into a state-of-the-art regional medical center, supported by over 1,000 nurses, physicians, and staff, and offers a welcoming, community-based environment for new graduates and nurses returning to the bedside.
CHI St. Anthony is a 25-bed, faith-based acute care hospital and health campus serving the Pendleton area, committed to delivering high-quality, safe patient care while strengthening the community through wellness education.
While working alongside smaller, close-knit teams that provide strong support, our community and critical access hospitals offer a unique advantage, giving nurses the chance to care for a wide variety of patients. This environment helps nurses build confidence and independence quickly.
