Support you can count on.

At CommonSpirit Health, we are united by a shared commitment to purpose, integrity, and service. We are proud to be recognized as a 3-Star Employer in the 2026 VETS Indexes Employer Awards for our dedication to recruiting, hiring, retaining, developing, and supporting veterans and the military-connected community. This recognition reflects our ongoing commitment to creating meaningful employment opportunities and workplace initiatives that empower those who have served.

About the Awards

The VETS Indexes Employer Awards recognize organizations that demonstrate strong support for veterans, National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouses and families.

Award recipients are designated across four levels: 5-Star Employer, 4-Star Employer, 3-Star Employer, and Recognized Employer. Organizations are evaluated across five key areas: veteran recruiting and hiring, team member development and retention, veteran-inclusive culture and policies, support for National Guard and Reserve members, and military spouse and family support.
