The posted compensation range of $33.63 - $46.24 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. What you'll do as our Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist:

As our dedicated Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist, you'll be the champion for our patients seeking specialized care. You will:

  • Be a Pelvic Floor Expert: Provide comprehensive and individualized physical therapy services specifically focused on pelvic floor dysfunction, utilizing evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Empower and Educate: Guide and support your patients through their treatment journey, empowering them with knowledge and tools for lasting relief and improved function.
  • Document with Precision: Ensure meticulous and timely completion of all necessary initial, daily, progress, series, and discharge notes, reflecting the high standard of care you provide.
  • Seamless Billing: Accurately and promptly complete all billing procedures, contributing to the efficient operation of our department.
  • Lead and Inspire (Even Part-Time!): Offer your expertise and insights to foster ongoing competency and excellence within our team. You'll contribute to continuous performance improvement initiatives, enhance customer satisfaction, and play a role in the development of our specialized programs.
  • Collaborate and Connect: Cultivate positive team development and interaction, fostering a supportive and engaging environment for both colleagues and patients.

Job Requirements

What we're looking for:

We're searching for a dedicated professional who is ready to make a significant impact in our community.

  • Education:Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy is required.
  • Licensure:Must hold a current and active Physical Therapist license in North Dakota.
  • Experience:New graduates specializing in Pelvic Floor Therapy are encouraged to apply! No prior experience is required, though advanced training or certifications in pelvic floor rehabilitation are highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
    • Proficiency in computer operation and data entry.
    • Exceptional ability to multitask, adapt, and reprioritize in a dynamic environment.
    • Independent problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on active listening.
    • A demonstrated ability to effectively manage conflict and cultivate positive, interdependent relationships with colleagues and other departments.
