The posted compensation range of $37.40 - $55.63 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

*This is a remote opportunity

  • Accurate and Comprehensive Requirements Elicitation and Documentation.
  • Responds to incidents and requests, performs diagnosis, troubleshooting and critical thinking to solve or fulfill needs of low to moderate complexity;
  • Utilizing knowledge management and escalates issues when necessary.
  • Responsible for taking on-call on a regular basis
  • Follows appropriate change control process at all times
  • Responsible for completing tasks and associated documentation within committed timeframes, and effectively communicating across teams and all levels of management.
  • Participate in technical analysis discussions, deliver supporting artifacts and assist with conducting review sessions for all necessary approvals.
  • Develop knowledge and participate in the transition to operations functions following implementation delivery.
  • Receives necessary information and training of applications during the implementation of new solutions, upgrades, fixes.
  • Participate in supporting functions which may include developing test plans, perform test plans, facilitating with end users for end user acceptance testing and may develop application validation scripts for ongoing operations teams.
  • May provide guidance and training and problem solving assistance to other team members.
  • ​Seeks to identify repeatable issues or requests and perform continuous process improvement activities to ultimately improve customer satisfaction experience.

Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements from diverse business stakeholders (e.g., clinicians, administrators, operations). This includes experience with user stories, use cases, process flows, and BRDs.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with and manage expectations of various stakeholders at all levels.
Process Mapping & Optimization: Experience analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and recommending solutions leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
Data Analysis & Reporting Needs: Ability to understand and document data requirements, reporting needs, and KPIs for various business units.
Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills to diagnose issues, propose solutions, and critically evaluate options.
Communication & Documentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for creating clear and concise documentation, presentations, and leading workshops.
Facilitation Skills: Ability to lead meetings, workshops, and training sessions effectively.
