    • Performing wound checks, dressing changes, and suture/staple removal as directed.
    • Managing and administering certain medications as directed.
    • Rooming patients, taking vital signs, and meticulously documenting patient histories, specifically noting neurological deficits, pain levels, and surgical site status.
  • Assist with front office duties, including scheduling consultations, follow-up appointments, pre-operative clearances, and post-operative imaging.
  • Responsible for accurate chart documentation and medical record maintenance, ensuring all surgical findings, post-operative instructions, and patient communications are precisely recorded.
  • Actively attend and/or conduct in-service presentations and seminars to facilitate personal and professional growth, with a focus on advancements and best practices in neurosurgical care.
  • Demonstrate personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values, especially in supporting patients and families through their critical surgical journey.

Join us and become an integral part of a team dedicated to advancing neurosurgical care and empowering our patients through every step of their treatment.
