The posted compensation range of $60.24 - $89.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our IT Clinical Admin Applications Manager, you will strategically manage processes, projects, and resources tied to our clinical administrative applications. You will be instrumental in supervising staff and ensuring the seamless operation and evolution of these critical systems.

Every day you will oversee the daily operations of clinical administrative applications, including policy implementation, service enhancements, budget management, and providing expert technical guidance. You will also represent the IT Site Director in various organizational functions and meetings, contributing to broader IT initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you will effectively manage all aspects of the clinical administrative application lifecycle, from development to ongoing support, ensuring alignment with our operational needs. Your leadership in managing staff, evaluating program efficacy, and expertly executing tactical projects will be paramount to your success.

  • The Manager IT Ops will oversee the day-to-day operations of IT services for one of more Commonspirit health facilities (acute and/or ambulatory). The Manager IT Ops will also represent the Director IT ("'IT Site Director") in various meetings, functions, and teams at the direction of the Director IT.
  • Supervises staff including prioritizing and assigning work; assisting in the conducting of performance evaluations; ensuring staff is trained; ensuring that employees follow policies and procedures; maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Serves as a liaison with internal departments, executives, external organizations and public representatives. Represents the organization at a variety of meetings, public events, on committees, and/or other related events regarding services, programs, projects and facilities.
  • Prepares, reviews, interprets, and analyzes a variety of information, data, and reports. Recommends and implements tactical procedures to improve operational effectiveness and enhancements to services or programs.

  • Bachelors Other related business areas or equivalent work experience, upon hire and
  • Experience in business relationship management, strategy and roadmap development and
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant technical and business experience and
  • Minimum of three (3) years Information Technology Leadership Experience and
  • Experience supervising and building relationships with people at a variety of levels and
  • None, upon hire
