Are you a Medical Assistant who loves making a tangible difference, thrives in a warm, family-focused environment, and wants to be the go-to person for patients (and providers!)?

If so CHI Health is looking for a stellar Medical Assistant/Certified Medical Assistant (NOT Med Aide / CNA) to join our Lakeside Family Medicine clinic!

We’re not just taking temperatures; we're building lasting relationships, supporting health journeys for entire families, and being the welcoming face our community trusts. As our Medical Assistant / Certified Medical Assistant, you'll be the reliable, compassionate, and super-efficient backbone of our medical team, ensuring every patient – from giggling toddlers to wise grandparents – feels heard, cared for, and right at home.

What you'll be doing:

  • Be the friendly face who greets patients, escorts them to exam rooms, and sets a comforting tone for their visit.
  • Efficiently handling blood draws, specimen collection, and preparing them for diagnostics. You're a crucial link in getting accurate answers for the whole family.
  • Preparing patients for examinations and ensuring they (and their caregivers) are comfortable, informed, and respected every step of the way. You're their advocate, educator, and sometimes, the best distraction in the room.
  • Helping to manage patient flow, answering questions, and ensuring everything is running smoothly and efficiently. You're the behind-the-scenes maestro making sure appointments stay on track.

Ready to bring your incredible Medical Assistant skills and compassionate heart to a clinic where everyone feels like family? If you're a skilled, empathetic, and organized Medical Assistant, we encourage you to apply!
