The posted compensation range of $55.61 - $86.38 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Contributes to the fulfillment of the Mission and Vision by serving as a designated administrative leader for programs and services in the community. Responsible for planning, organizing, implementing and directing resources over several Clinic sites across a wide geographic region. Serves as a patient advocate as well as a role model for ethical management behavior and promotes and awareness and understanding of positive ethical and moral principles consistent with the Mission and Values. The incumbent works collaboratively with all Leadership executives to achieve Physician Group goals and objectives. The individual serving in this role has full authority and accountability for the day-to-day operations of the assigned clinics. This position requires the skills and abilities to build collaborative relationships with physicians and other members of the management team to fulfill his/her accountabilities. In addition, the incumbent serves as the liaison with each service line. This position works collaboratively with medical staff, community leaders, agencies and payors to carry out the goals and objectives outlined in the strategic plan. A key role of this position is to build strong relationships with physicians and employees for Physician Group and to achieve high levels of patient and customer satisfaction.


Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following

  • Bachelor's degree required in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field strongly preferred.
  • 5 years of progressive healthcare management experience required.
  • Experience working in a multi-specialty clinic environment preferred. Strong knowledge/application of systems framework, excellent strategic thinking skills, demonstrated resource, management, and stewardship skills, strong team orientation, good understanding of total quality management concepts, strong customer focus, demonstrated ability to lead/implement change activities, demonstrated skills in influencing through relationships, excellent analytical thinking skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements:

Sedentary work -(prolonged periods of sitting and exert up to 10lbs force occasionally)
