The posted compensation range of $30.70 - $44.55 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is responsible for performing social work assessments and interventions as needed for inpatients, outpatients and emergency department patients. The functions of the Licensed Clinical Social Worker includes crisis intervention, patient/family intervention, high risk screening, brief counseling, referring for financial or other identified resource needs, arrange and facilitate family/patient representative meetings with the health care team as needed, arrange post-acute placement on complex discharges and engagement of appropriate agencies or community resources when high-risk patients are identified.


Job Requirements

$400/month Summit County housing stipend available for full time residents of Summit, Park, Eagle, Grand, Clear Creek, Lake, and Chaffee Counties.  Must work at least 80% physically on-site at a CommonSpirit facility in Summit County and full time or part time status (PRN ineligible).  More details available upon offer.

Master’s degree from a school of social work accredited by the Council of Social Work Education

At least 2 Years Post-MSW experience

Minimum 5-Year Post-MSW healthcare experience

This role is for a PRN position consisting of 8-hour day shifts. The schedule will primarily require weekends, with some weekday coverage as well.

For more than 50 years, St. Anthony North Hospital has delivered optimal health care to the communities of Westminster, Erie, Brighton, Broomfield, Northglenn and Thornton. Highlights of our campus include 60,000 square feet of integrated primary and specialty care physician clinics, ambulatory surgery center, birthing center with private birthing suites, Level III Trauma Center with 24/7 emergency services, over 150 inpatient beds and an outpatient diagnostics center with lab and imaging services.
