The posted compensation range of $32.40 - $43.70/ hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide compassionate nursing care to our residents, under the direction of a physician or Registered Nurse.

Every day, you will assess resident needs and deliver essential physical or psychosocial care.

To be successful in this role, you will exhibit genuine compassion for patient well-being, an understanding of your critical role in ensuring their comfort, and the patience to explain procedures, answer questions, and maintain accurate documentation.

  • This position requires the ability to triage and assess patients
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • A basic knowledge of nursing
  • The ability to solve problems
  • Excellent technical, time management, and communication skills
  • Physical stamina
  • Experience in an ambulatory care setting
  • The ability to be multi-task oriented, the ability to work at a fast pace, and the ability to operate as a member of a team
  • A current Washington State Practical Nursing License
