The posted compensation range of $63.10 - $93.87 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Director of Strategy and Growth, you will spearhead profitable growth and the expansion of services across our hospitals and/or Service Area through comprehensive strategic planning and coordination.

Every day you will support and coordinate vital functions associated with growth, including strategic planning, program and service development, capital planning and acquisition, and fostering robust physician relations. You may also provide direct operational oversight for specific programmatic areas.

To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate exceptional strategic foresight, a proven ability to drive service expansion and capital acquisition, and strong leadership in cultivating physician relationships, all aimed at achieving profitable growth for the organization.

  • Directs and executes the implementation and deployment of strategies and broad business objectives at a hospital or Service Area level Provides objective data and analysis that enables hospital and service area leadership to make informed decisions and achieve strategic growth (if NO director level position in the service area or hospital).
  • Works with key internal and external stakeholders including physicians to ensure growth strategies are effectively deployed and results are monitored.
  • Creates, implements and monitors tactical plans that are aligned with key business and strategic initiatives.
  • Promotes corporation and ensures positive stakeholder relations through active local and service areas community engagement.

  • Bachelors Other in Business Administration, Health Administration or related field 
  • Additional job related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree
