The posted compensation range of $25.55 - $38.00 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The National Clinical Staffing Coordinator will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of CommonSpirit Health (CSH) National employees associated with Care Base working closely with our internal travelers, facilities, managers and the Sys Director, Strategic Staffing and Virtual Care Continuum Operations. The National Clinical Staffing Coordinator will take the initiative in creating trusting relationships with each traveler and facility. This individual will create efficient workflows to support the current and future needs of the national travel program. This position will support the continued growth and development of strategic clinical staffing across the ministry of CommonSpirit Health.

Management of national traveler timecards, ensuring each traveler is coded correctly to ensure proper labor allocation in regards to financial productivity metrics.
Manage and address timecard discrepancies in a timely manner.
Submit and track access provisioning for each national traveler, ensuring they have the proper access as determined by their job.
Address any access issues in a timely manner with thorough and detailed communication.
Assist National Travel Program leadership with order management and fulfillment of internal travel positions via internal travel management software.
Collaborate with National Human Resources and Talent Acquisition to ensure national employees and  travelers have a smooth transition from onboarding to the job they were hired into.
Communicate with national internal travelers via phone and email.

Communicate with facility leadership via phone and email. High level of customer service and collaboration for problem solving.
Document and track data specific to the operations and analytics of national strategic clinical staffing.
Assist the Sys Director,  Strategic Staffing and Virtual Care Continuum Operations, with new program implementations/go lives.
As a national employee, understand the region,  market,  as well as local structure, culture and relationships.
Collaborate with all internal and external patients/clients within and across systems.


Job Requirements

Associates Degree Required

Minimum 2 years of recent related experience in healthcare payroll/staffing/office management and/or call center, customer service.

Preferred:

Prior experience with timecard/payroll management

Prior experience in the healthcare travel industry
