The posted compensation range of $19.62 - $29.69 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

  • This position assumes a supportive role and has responsibility and accountability for facilitating, communicating, and collaborating with both the healthcare team, and the patient/family to identify and meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of the patient.
  • Promotes the optimal health, well-being and safety of the patient in accordance with patient care standards, guidelines and the delegation of medical services as defined by State Medical Practice Act.
  • May perform a variety of clinical tasks as directed by an authorized health care provider.
  • May assist with front office duties and scheduling of tests and/or patient appointments.
  • Responsible for accurate chart documentation and medical record maintenance and performs radiological duties.
  • Attends / conducts in-service presentations and seminars to facilitate personal and professional growth.
  • Demonstrates personal accountability for relationship-based care, organizational mission, and core values.

Job Requirements

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

  • Clinical skills and knowledge base specific to specialty
  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • Certified Medical Assistant, Certified Clinical Medical Assistant or Registered
    Medical Assistant
  • Limited/Basic/NCT/LMRT certification in Radiology

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
