The posted compensation range of $40.50 - $50.42 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Imaging Tech, you will perform a variety of advanced diagnostic and interventional procedures across diverse imaging modalities, under the general direction of departmental leadership.

Every day, you will expertly operate complex imaging equipment, precisely execute imaging protocols, and meticulously monitor patients to ensure their safety and comfort throughout diagnostic and interventional procedures.

To be successful in this role, you will skillfully produce high-quality diagnostic images, collaborate effectively with the medical team, and steadfastly advocate for patient safety and optimal outcomes within the imaging environment.

  • Responsible for upholding Dignity Health's visions, values and guiding principles. Responsible for maintaining positive morale levels in areas supervised. Communicates in a positive and effective manner with customers and staff.
  • Will function as Senior in his/her absence.
  • Responsible for the routine daily operation of the General Radiology area assigned to.
  • Responsible in assisting in the employee schedule, daily work assignments, and productivity standards. This also includes assisting and participating in the call and standby schedule when applicable.
  • Responsible for assisting departmental orientation in General Radiology.
  • Active participation in daily departmental Quality Control and Process Improvement program.

Job Requirements

Required

  • High School Graduate or GED
  • Must have minimum of 1 year experience in a hospital and radiology department.
  • Satisfactory completion of formal radiological technology training
  • Associate Of Arts Radiological Technology or Bachelors Of Science Radiological Technology.
  • Medical Radiographer: CA
  • Fluoroscopy Radiology Tech: CA
  • Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
  • Fire Safety, within 90 Days and
  • Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT
