The posted compensation range of $59.97 - $89.21 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As the Manager Rehab Services for St. Mary Medical Center, you will manage the rehabilitation department, including oversight for quality, patient satisfaction, regulatory and billing compliance, business development and all aspects of staff development and employee engagement.

You will develop annual objectives and evaluate performance to ensure department goals are met, including but not limited to patient satisfaction and turnover; and will contribute innovative ideas to facilitate and improve patient care and unit operations. You will also assist in the development of programs and processes that improve the quality of patient care; ensure that patient care units and services are in compliance with The Joint Commission, Federal and State regulations and professional organization standards, and that quality control programs are maintained as appropriate.

Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience: 
  • Graduation from a school of Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy approved by that discipline's regulatory body required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of varied clinical experience required.

Required Licensure:

  • Current and active Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech Therapy license in California required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • One (1) year of supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred.
