The posted compensation range of $40.06 - $58.13 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

In this role as a Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for a continuum of services providing care to patients with neuromuscular, orthopedic and other physically-related disorders requiring mobility training, strengthening, modalities, specialized manual therapy and neuromuscular reeducation. As a Physical Therapist you will also utilizes rehab process to promote and restore optimal health and well-being of the patient. While in this position you will assume personal accountability for organizational mission and core values.


Job Requirements

In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified Physical Therapist candidates will need the following:

  • Previous work experience providing direct patient care in outpatient, inpatient or inpatient rehab unit preferred
  • Prior use of electronic medical records (EMR), preferred
  • Bachelor Degree in Physical Therapy required
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy, preferred
  • Current Colorado state licensure as a Physical Therapist required
  • BLS through the American Heart Association required
  • Dry Needling Certification or Education preferred
    • Only required if performing the Dry Needling function: Dry Needling Certification or Education.

Physical Requirements-Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly

This is a full time, acute care PT position in the hospital.  This physical therapist role works in the acute care and ICU setting.  There is also a weekend rotation requirement.

Located in Lakewood, Colorado, St. Anthony Hospital is a Level I Trauma Center where we provide a full range of medical specialties and health care services to Denver and the surrounding region through our state-of-the-art medical campus and home base for Flight For Life® Colorado. With four trauma rooms including the T-10 room, a dedicated field-to-surgery suite ready 24/7 for trauma surgeons and specially trained teams, our staff can provide life-saving care to the most severely ill and injured patients. In 2023, we received our exciting Magnet® designation!
