Job Requirements

Qualifications:


● Master's Degree requird, Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) degree preferred.
● Current state licensure for dispensing hearing aids within the state of WA is required
● Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from ASHA preferred.
● Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates considered).

● Proficiency with audiologic equipment, hearing aid software, and electronic medical records (EMR).
● Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
● Commitment to patient-centered care and professional ethics.

Work Environment:
● VMFH Federal Way clinic
● Full-time (1.0 FTE), main location will be Federal Way, with 1 day in Seattle
● May include occasional community events or outreach activities.
