The posted compensation range of $48.71 - $72.45 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.
Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Sr System Engineer Voice (Zoom and Cisco UC) role is to provide technology leadership for developing, integrating, and supporting CommonSpirit Health's Technology Voice Services. This role is a senior level position in the voice services group which will provide advanced technical experience related to voice design, implementation, and migrations. This individual is expected to understand common industry voice technology and methodologies with the specific ability to implement Zoom Phone and Cisco UC platforms in an enterprise setting.
Essential Functions:
- Lead, mentor, and coach other Engineers to build their skills and readiness in technology, portfolio, and platform responsibilities.
- Work with project managers and other engineers to successfully migrate legacy voice platforms to either a Cisco Unified Communications or Zoom Voice technology solution.
- Continue to evolve and enhance the voice platforms for future technology, optimization, and operational excellence.
- Help establish technology, documentation, and implementation standards for current and future deployments/migrations.
- Lead the discovery, design and implementation of Zoom Phone Solutions.
- Be a business and technology adviser and collaborate with health care staff in a clinical environment to implement Zoom's solutions.
- Document health care staff requirements through multiple methodologies such as use cases, user stories, and call/process flows/flowcharts.
- Map requirements to specific Zoom capabilities, considering medical staff needs within the existing platform.
- Interpret business and medical requirements into actionable voice technology deliverables.
- Capable of moving projects forward with minimal supervision or oversight.
- Personally motivated to learn new technologies, understand organizational challenges and use creative processes to deliver improved services for our patents, staff, and ministry.
- Remote eligible.

Job Requirements
High School Graduate or High School GED
4-6 years experience in voice technology solutions engineering, technical infrastructure, or technical operation
Experience with end user migration from other voice platforms to Zoom
