The posted compensation range of $41.14 - $61.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

The IT Sr Analyst - Voice - Documents and provides consulting on requirements for VoIP Phone use. Assures that all requirements used for configuration and workflow use of telephony services is documented and tested before migration to production. Documents and describes processes and procedures relating to current and future telephony systems environments. Educates users on system functionality, capability and tracks adoption. Performs on-site and remote training sessions for all users.

  • Able to multi-task and collaborate with site personnel and project team(s) during the design, implementation, activation of project requirements
  • Applies business and technical knowledge in assigned functional areas, Interpret business and medical staff requirements into actionable voice technology deliverables. Identifies, develops, designs and documents requirements for Voice Engineers to build the facilities new phone services.
  • Provides requirements analysis for projects that align to the VoIP deployment cycles, organizational governance policies, and industry best practices
  • Interacts with business teams to develop specific Zoom requirements and ensures the understanding and appropriate configuration of the new solution. Supports standardization of documentation and the integration of applicable standards and practices.
  • Provides support for project issues in regards to the initial requirements traceability matrix in the appropriate tracking systems while adhering to prescribed escalation & change control procedures.
  • Work with Voice Project Managers and Voice Engineers to successfully migrate legacy voice platforms to a new voice technology solution.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Technology, Medical, Business discipline or equivalent.

  • 6 or more years of experience as a business, data, or technical analyst.

  • Experience in a healthcare or hospital/medical related industry - Preferred

  • Experience working with project life cycle and project management methodologies - Preferred
