The posted compensation range of $43.10 - $64.11 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

Position Summary: 

As our Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist at CRMC  you will help deliver excellent patient care by performing diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to assist physicians in diagnosing and treating patients with cardiovascular disease in the cath lab setting.

Every day you’ll independently operate all ancillary equipment in the lab including but not limited to: IVUS, pressure wire, rotablator, IMPELLA, atherectomy devices, laser and angiojet. You will demonstrate competencies in scrubbing techniques of all diagnostic and interventional procedures, utilize good radiation safety practices and you will make a positive impact on internal and external customers.   

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to fully understand the importance of diagnostic imaging. This includes knowledge of the general imaging workflow, various patient positioning techniques, and capturing clear results for timely and accurate diagnosis. 

  • Thorough and accurate imaging technique for patient positioning respective to the imaging order
  • Routinely apply sterile techniques and quality safety practices for patients, teammates, and yourself.
  • Mechanical aptitude and confidence troubleshooting, calibrating, and maintaining radiology equipment to avoid equipment failures.


Job Requirements

Minimum: 

  • Two (2)-years of current Radiology Technologist and hands-on scrub including interventional experience.
  • Completion of approved JRCERT Radiologic Technologist Program.
  • ADHS Bureau of Special Licensing -Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) CI, VI or CV.
  •  Has, and maintains, AHA certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
  • Computer skills including MS Office Suites or Google Work Space. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred: 

  • Experience in a specialty area or high acute facility.
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited University/College.
  • Registered cardiovascular electrophysiology specialist (RCES), Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS).

Located in the Phoenix, Ariz., suburb of Chandler, the Chandler Regional Medical Center is a 429-bed, not-for-profit hospital with more than 2,600 team members and almost 1,000 doctors on staff representing all major specialties. Chandler Regional joined the Dignity Health system in 1999, but has been part of the community for more than 50 years. The hospital includes a Level I Trauma Center, a Heart and Vascular Center, a Wound Healing Center, a Family Birth Center and many additional services. Dignity Health Chandler Regional, Mercy Gilbert, and Arizona General Hospital Mesa awarded $422,000 in grants to support five community projects led by 15 local organizations. Since 1991, Dignity Health's Community Health Improvement Grants program has provided $91 million to nearly 3,800 health projects, focusing on vulnerable and underserved populations.
