The posted compensation range of $39.18 - $58.28 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Project Manager, you will plan, execute, and close complex projects, ensuring timely, on-budget, and specified delivery. Your leadership is pivotal for successful project outcomes.

Every day you will define scope, objectives, and deliverables, develop plans, manage resources, and track progress, while proactively mitigating risks. You will also facilitate communication, lead project teams, and ensure adherence to best practices.

To be successful, you need strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with proven project management experience. Your ability to inspire collaboration, adapt to change, and navigate complex challenges will be paramount for consistent project successes and strategic growth.

  • Responsible for meeting all of the DHMSO Job Standards described below.
  • Manage multiple and/or large projects throughout the life cycle, initiation through closure.
  • Accountable for project results of staying on-budget, on-schedule, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Leads team in creating full-scope project plans that identifies when each task will be performed, timeline for completion and resources required; revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Works with internal and external stakeholders to communicate project scope, tasks, deliverables, goals, resources, schedules and budgets.
  • Communicates expectations to stakeholders and team, gaining acceptance and promoting teamwork.

Job Requirements
  • Experience overseeing multiple projects across all lines of business
  • Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams in the development, planning and execution of project plans
  • 3 years working in Project Management
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors; able to read, write, and speak articulately, using established channels of communication and reporting relationships within the organization
  • Willingness to work as part of a team, working collaboratively with others to achieve goals, solve problems, and meet established organizational objectives
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple priorities and work independently
  • Thorough knowledge of generally accepted professional office procedures and processes


Preferred

  • Process improvement and/or experience working with project management tools(Microsoft Project, TCM, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • 3 years healthcare experience
  • Bachelors or Other in Business Administration or other related field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
  • Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB)
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (LSSBB)
  • Certified Mastered Black Belt (CMBB)

The purpose of Dignity Health Management Services Organization (Dignity Health MSO) is to build a system-wide integrated physician-centric, full-service management service organization structure. We offer a menu of management and business services that will leverage economies of scale across provider types and geographies and will lead the effort in developing Dignity Health’s Medicaid population health care management pathways.
