The posted compensation range of $21.88 - $29.84 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and families, providing a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Accurately register patients, verify insurance information, and collect co-pays.
  • Maintain patient records, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Schedule appointments, manage patient flow, and coordinate with other departments (as needed).
  • Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist with clerical tasks, such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications
  • One year of related work experience that demonstrates attainment of the requisite job knowledge, skills, and abilities.

St. Joseph Medical Center, a leading healthcare provider in Tacoma, WA, is seeking a dedicated and organized Per Diem Imaging Clerk to join our dynamic team.  This is a part-time, as-needed position offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to a vital department.

Unless directed by a Collective Bargaining Agreement, applications for this position will be considered on a rolling basis. CommonSpirit Health cannot anticipate the date by which a successful candidate may be identified.
