The posted compensation range of $24.35 - $33.47 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner, you'll set the tone for the culture of the workforce you build, strategizing to fill critical positions with inspired mission-driven clinicians in the home health and hospice space. Responsibilities include: 

  • Works to understand the unique needs, challenges, and nuances of each of our locations, geographic regions, and departments. 
  • Builds and maintains expertise in mission-driven recruitment strategy and serves as a subject matter expert and strategic partner to the leaders he or she supports. 
  • Posts new and replacement positions across multiple job boards, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and attractiveness to target candidates. 
  • Prescreens all candidates against requirements and core values to ensure hiring managers receive those who are qualified, available, and aligned.
  • Ensures communications with prospective candidates, candidates, and new hires supports our employer brand, mission, vision, and core values. 
  • Proactively identifies and engages potential candidates through a variety of sources include job boards, professional social network sites, professional associations, and more. Maintains a pipeline of qualified candidates for hard-to-fill roles and engages periodically to keep leads warm.
  • Communicates with hiring managers and candidates on a regular cadence to provide a streamlined, transparent talent acquisition experience. 
  • Identifies barriers to hiring and offers recommendations and support for ways forward. 
  • Supports the success of the team by leading small projects, bringing new ideas forward, driving innovative change, and supporting team members during leaves of absence, vacation, and periods of high req volume. 
  • Seeks out, organizes, and/or attends remote and on-site job fairs, hiring events, and more. 
  • Advocates for agency needs with leadership when required for successful recruitment. 
  • Meets established time to fill, days in new, days in offer, and response time goals. 
  • Supports positive employer branding, culture, and employee engagement by ensuring wage calculations, conversations with candidates and leaders, work ethic, and commitment to those served actively and consistently reflect our mission, vision, and core values.

Qualifications
  • Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KY, MI, NC, ND, NE, NJ, OH, SC, TN, TX, UT,  WI.
  • 6 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a High School Diploma

  • 4 years of healthcare experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is an Associate’s Degree

  • 2 years of healthcare recruiting experience required for a candidate whose highest level of education is a Bachelor’s or graduate degree
