The posted compensation range of $15.51 - $19.82 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a CNA, You Will:

  • Provide Essential Care:Perform vital sign measurements, record patient statistics (intake/output, height/weight), and obtain routine lab samples.
  • Assist with Daily Living:Help patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, ambulation, and toileting.
  • Facilitate Treatment & Mobility:Assist with patient equipment, move and transfer patients, and transport them for testing or treatment.
  • Ensure Safety & Hygiene:Implement strict infection control protocols, maintain clean and orderly patient rooms, and assist with meal setup and feeding.
  • Be a Critical Observer:Observe and report patient progress, identify needs for medical intervention, and remove potential hazards.
  • Be a Team Player:Respond promptly to signal lights, actively participate as a collaborative team member, and contribute to seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

Education: No requirements.  Must be able to read, write and communicate clearly.

Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry.

Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required.

Skills: CPR certification and annual recertification.    Attend inservice/meetings and keep current on work related issues - 12 hours CEU/year.
