Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

As our Supply Chain Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind ensuring our facility has the right supplies, at the right time, and at the right cost. You'll lead a dedicated team in managing all aspects of supply distribution, from inventory control and logistics to contract compliance and budget management.

Here's a glimpse of your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Supervise, coach, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Optimize Inventory: Manage inventory levels to ensure seamless supply availability for our clinical teams, directly impacting patient care.
  • Collaborate and Communicate: Work closely with various stakeholders, including clinical staff, contracting teams, and leadership, to implement contracts, manage product conversions, and support key projects.
  • Drive Efficiency: Oversee and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare and manage the facility budget, and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Be a Problem Solver: Proactively identify and address challenges related to supply chain operations, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.


What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in supply chain management, including inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
  • Strong leadership skills with a passion for coaching and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of budget management and financial principles.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to our clinical teams.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum of 3 years leadership experience OR minimum of 5 years leadership experience in the discipline OR Master’s Degree and no experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in Supply Chain within a health care facility system or other relevant experience
  • Preferred: Team management and/or project management preferred. Change Management and Leadership (LEAD) experience required within first year. Incumbents in his job will be grandfathered into educational requirements
