Position Summary:


The Network Operations Analyst directly supports the Network Management leadership with the management and optimization of the Value Based provider network operations. This role analyzes provider network performance, identifies opportunities for improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the provider network, and recommends strategies to address gaps in the provider networks across CommonSpirit’s Value Hubs. This position requires a detail- oriented and analytical individual with a strong understanding of provider network performance and reimbursement, provider network operations, and data analytics reporting tools. This role will also work with other network development teams to support network operations across the CommonSpirit enterprise, including contracting and credentialing teams, to complete requests and support network operations.

Responsibilities may include:
- Collect, validate, and manage data from various sources to ensure comprehensive and accurate performance tracking across all lines of business.
- Collaborate with IT and other departments to integrate data systems and improve data quality.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data management efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and analyze network performance metrics, including utilization, efficiency, and quality of service.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators.
- Identify gaps in contracted provider networks and collaborate with other PHSO Network Development teams (and Value Hub teams, as needed) to ensure cohesive strategies to address gaps.
- Develop clear and concise reports that visualize the network performance and adequacy.
- Recommend process improvements initiatives and strategies to enhance network efficiency and effectiveness.
- Monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.


Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:


- Experience in network operations, performance tracking, or a related analytical role, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
- Relevant experience in performance tracking and reporting.
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Must be attentive to detail, accurate, thorough, and persistent in following through to completion all activities, demonstrating initiative for completing work assignments.
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.
- A self-motivator with the ability to collaborate with multiple internal departments/teams.

Preferred Qualifications:


- Knowledge of provider network development activities, such as contracting and credentialing; knowledge preferred.
- Preferred candidates will have demonstrated experience in utilizing Quest Enterprise Services or a similar system for provider network management.
- Previous experience in maintaining provider data and/or experience in provider network operations preferred.
- Ability to learn and use other provider data software such as Quest Enterprise Services preferred.
- Statistical analysis and database skills a plus.
