We're looking for a dedicatedEnvironmental Services Team Leadto join our team and help us maintain a spotless and welcoming environment for our patients, visitors, and staff. In this role, you'll be a key player in ensuring our hospital is a place where everyone feels comfortable and safe.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the Way:Step up and guide our Environmental Services team in the absence of the supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and high-quality work.
  • Coordinate & Organize:Help schedule tasks, coordinate shift changes, and assign work to team members, making sure everyone knows what needs to be done.
  • Hands-On Cleaning:Roll up your sleeves and perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including floor care, dusting, bed making, waste removal, and more.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment:Follow strict infection control and safety protocols to protect our patients and staff.
  • Team Building & Motivation:Inspire and motivate your team to deliver exceptional service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Be a Problem Solver:Address challenges and find solutions to ensure our environment is always clean and well-maintained.
  • Be a Role Model:Demonstrate our hospital's mission, vision, and values through courteous and professional behavior.

Qualifications

Bonus Points:

  • High School diploma or GED (preferred).
  • Previous experience in healthcare environmental services (a plus!).
