The posted compensation range of $37.49 - $48.08 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities

Virginia Mason Franciscan Health is seeking a Program Manager for our Neurosurgery Centers of Excellence (COE). The Centers of Excellence (COE) Program Manager provides subject matter expertise for ensuring contractual compliance with Virginia Mason Franciscan Health’s value-based COE program. This position is responsible for the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of VMFH’s COE program, including meeting the patient experience needs of the COE patient population. The incumbent is accountable for the development, implementation and monitoring of the COE patient experience in accordance with contractual obligations, as well as VMFH’s organizational patient experience and growth goals. The program manager will support the day to date functioning of the COE program, acting at the patient’s primary point of contact to help coordinate their overall experience while at the VMFH campus. This position works in partnership with providers, patients, caregiver, and stakeholders within the COE client and VMFH leadership to support the delivery of services.


Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or three (3) years of experience in a role/function in a healthcare setting, with direct patient contact.
At least two (2) years of experience managing projects and/or people in an integrated delivery system, validating the knowledge and understanding of the full care continuum for patients of this population.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of audiences, including patients, physicians, care teams, administrative leaders, and provide excellent customer service, and represent VMFH well in the local and national communities.
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, think strategically, and manage multiple tasks and deadlines at once in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with multi-cultural, varied socioeconomic patient population
Comfortable working in a dynamic role and open to the evaluation of responsibilities.
Strong computer, data entry and typing skills and ability to work between multiple technology platforms. Ability to learn and utilize new technology as it evolves with the program.
Proficient in Google applications.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Preferred:
Experience in lean methodology to help support process improvement within the program.
