Responsibilities

Hyprid work schedule- must work Tuesdays and Thursdays onsite in SeaTac office.

This multi-faceted position involves primarily project management and B2B marketing
coordination with occasional administrative duties, such as print ordering, content
gathering, and webpage updates. Excellent organizational, strategic thinking, and
communication skills are essential.


Project Manager I reviews all incoming project requests and then works with internal
stakeholders to ensure all requests are clear and include the requisite content and
instruction. The PM then coordinates an ongoing schedule with reasonable timelines to
ensure successful delivery from a small, agile creative team.


Project Manager I is not a senior position but provides leadership and guidance around
department initiatives and objectives. By organizing often daily requests, the PM is a
catalyst for marketing efficiency and effectiveness. NPP and NPPGov use the Lytho
project management tool, WordPress, Pardot, Brandfolder, and the MS365 suite.


Responsibilities include:


Reviews all incoming marketing requests for necessary content and instruction.
Follows up with internal stakeholder(s) to confirm project details.

Delegates tasks and responsibilities to marketing team members via Lytho platform.
Communicates regularly with email developers, conveying delivery dates, audience,
and any content changes.


Requests and gathers reporting for leadership review and presentations to vendors.
Coordinates ordering and delivery of trade show booths, travel cases, and swag.
Updates marketing calendar and Sharepoint assets.


Creates trade show landing pages for booth visitors and potential members.
Develops positive relationships with project stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.


Qualifications

This position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Two years of project management experience or 4 years of project coordination experience is also required. Project management coursework or formal training is preferred, as is experience working with projects in a health care environment.

Marketing project experience highly preferred.
