The posted compensation range of $15.51 - $20.75 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. As a CNA, You Will:

  • Provide Essential Care: Perform vital sign measurements, assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and ambulation, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Support Patient Needs: Help with patient transfers, transport to other departments, and assist with mealtime, including feeding when necessary.
  • Ensure Safety & Hygiene: Implement strict infection control protocols and maintain clean, orderly patient rooms and surrounding areas.
  • Be a Critical Observer: Monitor patient progress, promptly report any changes or needs to the Charge Nurse, and actively identify and remove potential hazards.
  • Be a Team Player: Respond quickly to patient requests, practice excellent teamwork, and contribute to the seamless delivery of care.

Qualifications

Education:  CNA Certification

Licensure: ND State Nursing Assistant Registry


Experience: Previous health care experience preferred but not required.

Overview

CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison includes the services of a 22-bed critical access hospital, a 26-bed skilled nursing facility, an attached rural health clinic, and a newly remodeled Emergency Department that is available 24 hours a day. We offer many outpatient services, including physical therapy, radiology services, laboratory services, cardiac rehabilitation, and IV treatments.

Since opening in 1952, CHI St. Alexius Health Garrison has been dedicated to serving the residents of Garrison and the surrounding rural communities.

Garrison Memorial Hospital is equipped with 4 emergency rooms, on-site lab, radiology, CT and physical therapy services. Our patients have access to 24/7 emergency care, swing-bed program, and acute care services. Our professional and caring staff is dedicated to ensuring patients have compassionate and excellent care.
