The posted compensation range of $55.02 - $67.09 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Position Summary:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is defined as a professional who provides and supervises care to individuals and families.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Current California Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Ability to read speak and write English
- One (1) year of experience in Labor and Delivery within an acute care setting
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification must obtained within six (6) months of hire
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (all nurses whose home unit is Maternal/Child) must obtained within six (6) months of hire
- Completion of Advanced Fetal Monitoring course every two (2) years (Intermediate AWHONN fetal monitoring acceptable at hire but must complete the Advanced AWHONN course within one (1) year of new assignment to Labor and Delivery) or maintain the NCC EFM certificationSTABLE certification (for all Labor and NICU nurses) must obtained within one (1) year of hire
