The posted compensation range of $21.66 - $29.78 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
- Feeding patients
- Safety observation of patients and calling clinical staff when there is a problem
- Assisting staff with recreation groups
- Answering call lights and meeting requests that do not require a license such as patient room temperature control, getting snacks and beverages, cleaning tray tables
- Answering phones
- Sanitizing of common areas
- Watching TV with patients
- Organizing a patient’s room
Qualifications
6 months experience providing service to others. This could include health care, social service, school projects, retail or food. Preferred High School Diploma or GED but not required.
