As a key member of our leadership team, you will help to continually develop the results-driven initiatives that define our success and are transforming healthcare. This position is responsible for managing the daily operations of a financial or an accounting function. This includes Provider Resource Management, Pricing, Physician Compensation, Decision Support and Systems Development, Reimbursement, Government Programs, Properties, Contract Management, Financial Analysis/Consulting, Accounts Payable, Payroll, and General Accounting.

Qualifications

This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or a related field and 5 years experience with advanced knowledge in a health care industry and proven proficiency in financial management.

- Three years of increasingly responsible management experience.

- Strong analytical skills required.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills required.

- Also required are strong interpersonal and organization skills and the ability to understand systems, strategies, and technologies. Certified Public Accountant Certification may be required for accounting functions.
