The posted compensation range of $30.49 - $44.20 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
This position is responsible for timely, accurate and comprehensive review of diagnoses and procedure services. This position is also responsible for verifying charges and assigns valid ICD-10 and CPT codes, as appropriate, to ensure optimal reimbursement and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- One of the following: Certified Procedural Coder (CPC) or CCS--Physician-based (CCS-P).
- Five years of CPT and Diagnostic coding experience in a healthcare provider or a third party payer setting.
- Multi-specialty surgery experienced preferred
- Clinical knowledge preferred.
- Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
