Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- One year experience as a certified Radiological Technologist
- New graduates with clinical experience through approved ARRT Radiologic Technology program will be considered on an individual basis
- Current ARRT certification (RG ARRT)
- Current CRT certification (CT XRT)
- Current CPR-AHA certification (CT CPRBLS)
Please be advised that this location requires quarterly American Heart Association (AHA) Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI) competency certification post-hire. This ongoing competency is required through resources internal to the facility; outside RQI competency resources are not acceptable for CommonSpirit Health compliance requirements.
Special Skills:
- Must have working knowledge of diagnostic imaging equipment.
- Must also know departmental policies and procedures
- Ability to work tactfully and effectively with fellow staff members physicians and the patient population
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
- Self motiviated and able to achieve results through good organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and be a functional team member in a team oriented environment
