Overview

Dignity Health Connected Living has been serving seniors in Shasta County since 1968. Our programs have been designed for seniors and people with disabilities. We are dedicated to meeting each participants physical mental and spiritual needs and we offer a variety of high-quality affordable health care services in a compassionate environment.


Responsibilities
Under direct supervision the incumbent is responsible for dispatching vehicles for the Programs' transportation system in accordance with all Program requirements. The incumbent effectively schedules transportation for clients throughout the North State Service Area in a cost efficient way and may supervise Transportation Department Staff in the absence of leadership. The position reports to the Manager Operations


Qualifications
Two (2) years experience in dispatching or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Ability to operate a 10 key adding machine and basic computer programs including MicroSoft Office and other programs required for the position Must have full knowledge of areas in Shasta County. Full knowledge of ?10 code?. Must have a valid California Class B-Passenger endorsement CA Drivers license free of citations or moving violations for a period of three years prior to date of application.
