Responsibilities

Position Summary:

The incumbent is a pre-hospital medical caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for his/her partner and all patient populations. The incumbent will provide safe therapeutic care for these patients by the use of the Emergency Medical system.


Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • 6 months working as a Paramedic with an accredited EMS agency or Fire department (Hiring manager may consider the applicants field internship as qualifying experience if the prececptorship was completed at a Dignity Health North State Service Area facility and successfully completed)
  • Ambulance driver license
  • Drivers license
  • Medical Examiner
  • CA Paramedic license
  • S-SV EMS
  • BLS ACLS PALS certifications through the American Heart Association
