The posted compensation range of $21.80 - $31.62 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. A 64-bed adult psychiatric facility Lasting Hope Recovery Center is a place of healing. All of the rooms are private. At Lasting Hope Recovery Center patients find comfort and a team of caring professionals working for them. Often mental illness and substance abuse occur at the same time. Responsibilities
- Conducts therapy sessions with patient by doing individual, group and family and/or significant other counseling and education to assist these individuals in achieving defined treatment goals
- Refers and collaborates with care team, other agencies, and significant others having a joint interest in meeting the needs of the patient
- Respond to crisis situations and provide crisis intervention to patients in assigned program
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree, Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
- Must have an active license in state of practice - NE: PLMHP, LMHP, or LIMHP
- BLS (Basic Life Support) required
