Responsibilities

St. Elizabeth Home Health is Now Hiring a PRN Home Health Occupatonal Therapy Assistant for the Rising Sun, Milan, West Harrison and Aurora, IN service area.

As an Occupational Therapy Assistant with CommonSpirit Health at Home, you hold the key to transformation. Each day, you walk beside patients on their journey of therapeutic and occupational rehabilitation, kindling hope and igniting the flame of possibility. Under the direct supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you play a pivotal role in restoring independence and fostering a brighter future.

With passion and precision, you execute the treatment plan prescribed by the physician. Each visit you make is a brushstroke of healing, painted in compliance with state and federal guidelines, and infused with the essence of compassion. Patient care education becomes your masterpiece, empowering both patients and caregivers with the knowledge to embrace the path of recovery.

In your hands, patients find solace. Your sensitivity to their needs, customs, and emotions orchestrates a melody of comfort, transforming the care journey into a harmonious experience. You are the listener of hearts, attuned to the whispers of their souls.


Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Technology
  • Current state license to practice,
  • A valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
  • One year of occupational therapy experience in a clinical setting
