Overview

From primary to specialty care as well as walk-in and virtual services CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy. We offer more than 20 specialties and 100 convenient locations; with some clinics offering extended hours.

Supports clinic operations by performing duties impacting and or directly working with front line
workers. This position performs administrative tasks including or similar to epic template management,
scheduling meetings, trainings, and/or clinic scheduling, and preparing presentations, agendas, and/or
reports.


Responsibilities

Projects Administrative Coordinator

Good Samaritan Hospital, Kearney, NE

1. Schedules meetings, provider call, and/or training sessions for front line workers and/or clinic leadership
2. Prepares presentations, agendas, and/or reports for clinic leadership
3. Tracks data regarding but not limited to PTO, call schedules, and/or turnover
4. Supports provider and clinic leadership through calendar coordination, concur reimbursements, Kronos
reconciliation, and/or other duties as assigned
5. Helps coordinate/support new or ongoing clinic projects, programs, and/or grants
6. Resolves issues upon request relating to but not limited to IT, onboarding, and/or scheduling conflicts
7. Other duties as assigned


Qualifications

Associates degree in management or healthcare related field or
1-2 years’ experience managing projects of varying size and complexity
