The posted compensation range of $25.18 - $36.52 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Registered Respiratory Therapist

Our Respiratory Therapists are highly trained when it comes to performing specialized respiratory care including ventilator management, nebulizer treatment, chest PT, drawing arterial blood gasses, oxygen therapies, external ventilation support and some pulmonary function assessments. Responsibilities
What you’ll do:
- Over respiratory therapy to patients in accordance with care plan
- Make recommendations for changes in specific modes of therapy
- Educate patients and their caregiving to promote on-going respiratory care as needed
- Grow clinically and professionally with an already established respiratory team
This position is eligible for a sign on bonus up to $10,000 (DOE), paid 50% at 90 days and the other 50% at 1 year
Qualifications
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate of an accredited Registry School of Respiratory Therapy with minimum of Associates of Science Degree. Bachelor of Science Degree preferred. Successful completion of the NBRC examination for Registered Respiratory Therapist. A new graduate must successfully pass the CRT exam prior to employment as an RRT, then pass both RRT exams within three months of employment to continue employment as an RRT. Possess current Arkansas State License for Respiratory Care Practitioners.
Experience:
Minimum required for registry exam.
