Responsibilities
Provides oversight of the activities on a nursing unit during a specific shift, including serving as a resource to staff, directing patient flow, assuring appropriate utilization of resources and providing oversight for the provisions of quality care in a manner satisfying to patients. |
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
Current AZ State (or Compact State) RN license in good standing
Current American Heart Association BLS healthcare provider card
ACLS obtained within six months of hire into position.
Previous experience with personal computers
Preferred:
Two years RN experience within applicable clinical specialty (Highly Preferred)
Charge Nurse experience
