JOIN US NOW as we are seeking a dynamic OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST to provides excellent patient care including:

• Evaluating the patient for treatment providing and directing administration of the care plan upon the referral from the physician.
• Consults with other health care disciplines to coordinate therapeutic programs and discharge planning for individual patients.
• Instructs patients and caregivers in home program exercises and functional activities.
• Assists with patient program management while delivering quality patient services.

This position is a Per Diem.

#AZEVREHAB

Minimum:

• Internship or rotation in appropriate clinical setting required.
• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy program required.
• Computer skills required.
• Current American Heart Association BLS Healthcare Provider Card.
• Arizona State Occupational Therapy License.

Preferred:

• Two (2) years progressive experience in clinical area performing patient clinical preferred.
• Master’s or Doctorate degree in appropriate clinical area preferred.
• Prior use of electronic health record preferred.
