IT Principal Product Engineer
The posted compensation range of $51.66 - $74.91 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
- Lead a team of engineers in the development of new products
- Develop the overall technical direction of the product
- Ensure that the product meets the needs of the customer
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new product opportunities
- Manage the product development process from concept to launch
- Work with other departments to ensure that the product is integrated with other systems and processes
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and ensure that their needs are met
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and trends in the industry
- Remote eligible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product development
- HealthCare Provider Domain Expertise is preferred
- Procient in GCP stack such as BigQuery, Looker, Data Proc and GCP Data Pipeline technologies
- Strong technical skills in a variety of engineering disciplines
- Excellent leadership and management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Passion for innovation and creativity
