We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Process Manager to spearhead our organization's process improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence across all business functions. As a Process Manager, you will lead complex projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful implementation of process improvement initiatives without direct supervisory responsibilities. You will leverage your expertise in process optimization, project management, and change management to drive continuous improvement and deliver measurable results.

An Information Technology (IT) Process Manager focuses on optimizing and improving IT-related processes within an organization. This position will own and manage processes related to Demand Management, Strategic Portfolio Management, Application Portfolio Management, Time Tracking, Resource Management or overall IT Administrative processes. The chosen candidate will own the full scope of the defined process for the CommonSpirit Health organization.


Responsibilities
  • Strategize and execute comprehensive process improvement initiatives spanning multiple business functions, from conception to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses of existing processes, employing advanced statistical methods and data analytics techniques to identify root causes of inefficiencies, variations, and bottlenecks.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in dissecting complex operational challenges, fostering collaboration, and harnessing collective expertise to develop innovative solutions and best practices.
  • Drive the adoption of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and other process improvement frameworks, coaching teams on tool selection, implementation strategies, and sustainable practices.
  • Develop robust project plans, establish clear objectives, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress, track outcomes, and quantify the impact of process enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with technology teams to evaluate, integrate, and optimize digital solutions, automation technologies, and data analytics platforms to streamline workflows and enhance decision-making capabilities.
  • Design and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing forums to build organizational capabilities in process improvement methodologies, change management principles, and continuous learning.
  • Establish governance structures, review mechanisms, and escalation paths to ensure accountability, transparency, and effective resolution of project-related issues and risks.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, department heads, and external partners, leveraging influence, persuasion, and effective communication to drive consensus and secure resources for process improvement initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement, instilling a mindset of curiosity, experimentation, and adaptability across the organization.
  • Mentor and coach engineers and process analysts, fostering a culture of learning, innovation, and collaboration within the organization.
  • Remote eligible.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor Degree (Engineering, Healthcare, IT or related field)
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent accreditation, demonstrating proficiency in statistical analysis, process optimization, and change management methodologies.
  • Minimum 8 years experience
  • Master's degree in related field
  • ServiceNow - SPM, APM, Resource Management, Time Tracking, Project Portfolio Management ServiceNow SPM, APM, Resource Management, Time Tracking, PPM
  • Google Product Suite Experience
  • Extensive experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or management consulting roles, with a track record of leading large-scale, complex projects in diverse organizational contexts.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, such as statistical software (e.g., Minitab, R), process simulation (e.g., Simul8), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau).
  • Strong project management skills, including experience with project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder engagement in a matrixed organizational structure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence, negotiate, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to navigate ambiguity, drive results, and adapt to evolving priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to synthesize complex information, identify trends, and anticipate future challenges and opportunities.
  • Passion for driving organizational change, fostering a culture of innovation, and empowering teams to achieve their full potential.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in process improvement and operational excellence.
