The posted compensation range of $30.39 - $44.06 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Non Invasive Cardiac RN, you will be a pivotal caregiver, guiding patients through critical cardiac recovery and empowering them and their families with life-changing support and education.

Every day, you will expertly assess complex cardiac conditions, meticulously monitor patient progress, and collaborate seamlessly with our multidisciplinary team to optimize healing and long-term wellness plans, ensuring no two days are alike.

To be successful in this role, you will combine acute assessment skills and an adaptable, detail-oriented approach with a compassionate drive to go the extra mile, shaping enduring positive health outcomes for every patient.

  • Prepare patients for cardiac testing and procedures by obtaining medical histories, vital signs, required documentation, and ensuring exam rooms and equipment are ready for use.
  • Provide direct patient care during non-invasive and diagnostic cardiac procedures, including stress testing, transesophageal echocardiograms (TEE), cardioversions, and related examinations, while assisting physicians and care teams.
  • Administer prescribed intravenous medications and moderate sedation under provider direction, while continuously monitoring patient status, cardiac rhythms, vital signs, and treatment responses.
  • Recognize and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition, cardiac arrhythmias, and emergency situations, including assisting with CPR, defibrillation, and cardioversion as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records, procedure documentation, charge entry, quality assurance records, and compliance with HIPAA, infection control, safety, and regulatory standards.
  • Support efficient department operations by coordinating patient care, educating patients and families, managing supplies and equipment, assisting with room turnover, and fostering positive relationships with patients, providers, and colleagues.

We are offering a $6,000 sign-on bonus & up to $10,000 in Educational Assistance to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Our full range of medical services include a new pavilion featuring enhancements in heart and vascular care, surgery, maternity, cancer care, and diagnostic imaging.
