The posted compensation range of $17.89 - $24.60 /hour is a reasonable estimate that extends from the lowest to the highest pay CommonSpirit in good faith believes it might pay for this particular job, based on the circumstances at the time of posting. Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Coordinate most effective action to assist patients with medication and patient assistance.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Communicate timely with outside offices and providers who are requesting risk stratification for our mutual patients.
- Triage patient appropriate per periprocedural cardiac risk evaluation algorithm.
- Review and complete appropriate patient documentation for periprocedural cardiac risk evaluation following algorithm approved by physician group.
- Coordinate as needed with clinical staff member assigned to Periprocedural Antithrombotic Management form.
- Assist PA/FMLA RN when assigned by manager.
Qualifications
Education:
- Graduate from an accredited LPN program with one year in a clinical nursing setting.
License/Certification:
- Valid Tennessee LPN license
- BLS Certification.
Qualifications:
- Cardiology experience a plus.
- Knowledge of EHR systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
