About Our National Nurse Residency Program

At Dignity Health, a member of CommonSpirit, newly licensed registered nurses thrive through the CommonSpirit Health National Nurse Residency Program (NNRP). This comprehensive, evidence-based program offers a 12-month transition-to-practice experience designed to build confidence, strengthen clinical skills, and support long-term career success.
